Recurate

Recurate approached us to bring their sales demo vision to life for Kindred, a mock brand created to showcase their enterprise resale solution. The goal? Design something that speaks to high-end apparel partners—elegant, polished, and clearly rooted in circularity.

Gameplan

We kicked things off by defining a visual style that would resonate with Recurate’s audience: premium apparel brands looking to explore resale. Once the look and feel were locked in, we:

1

Designed and built a fully clickable prototype.

2

Developed seven unique user flows to simulate real-world buyer, seller, and admin journeys.

3

Focused on user experience and storytelling to mirror Recurate’s actual platform.

4

Delivered a full walkthrough and trained the Kindred sales team on how to use it in their pitches.

Challenges

This project wasn’t just about good design - it had to sell. The prototype needed to look and feel like a real brand while clearly demonstrating the value of Recurate’s tech. We had to keep the experience polished and intuitive for multiple types of users, all while communicating the broader message of sustainability and circular commerce.

Solutions

We crafted a stylish, modern visual language that would appeal to luxury apparel brands. Then we mapped out and built seven end-to-end flows across different user types—including buyers, resellers, and admins—to give a full picture of how the resale system works. Finally, we handed it off with a custom walkthrough, making sure the sales team felt confident showing it off.

Results

A polished, high-impact sales demo regularly used in Recurate’s lead meetings.

A total of seven realistic user flows that highlight the platform’s capabilities.
