Challenges
From a UX and UI perspective, SetSale faced the difficulty of translating its complex AI-driven quoting engine into a clear, intuitive digital experience. Contractors and distributors often struggled with cluttered navigation, inconsistent proposal flows, and interfaces that didn’t scale well across devices. The lack of visual hierarchy made it hard for users to quickly grasp SetSale’s value proposition, while outdated design patterns led to high bounce rates and limited engagement. Ensuring compliance tools like AHRI matchups were both functional and visually accessible posed another challenge, requiring a balance between technical accuracy and user-friendly design.
